How to create a format for bringing the Luxury car segment to BMW‘s worldwide Brand Stores?

SOLUTION DESIGNED

Adaptable “Closed Room” concepts for specially invited guests.

For those VIPs who get to see the new car before its official launch, BMW’s understanding of Luxury had to be showcased in a collection of luxury design, arts and performance elements.

BENEFITS GAINED

A new definition of BMW Luxury that roled out throughout brand stores globally.

Based on this successful Closed Room concept, such preview facilities were additionally established in Paris, London and Brussels for the BMW 7 and later models.

WineX

CHALLENGE TO OVERCOME

Creating a must-see for wine Enthusiasts.

The main objective was to create a landmark in central Italy where any guest could experience what great wine is all about, from the field to the glass, allowing for a multi-level of wine expertise, from the curious guest to the expert sommelier.

SOLUTION DESIGNED

Building a strong relationship with the visitor, while developing an understanding for what makes wines superior.

The focus of the exhibition was to personalise the experience by creating personalized profiles for each visitor that could then also expand into other experiences (tasting, e-commerce preferences).

BENEFITS GAINED

The visitor’s experience preferences are converted and saved in the online shop content. A bridge is created between the offline experience and the online shop.

The WineX journey enables the sommelier to make the tasting more personal and sales-oriented and – perhaps even more importantly – build personal preferences as a starting point for the online shop.
