The CLAAS claim ‘Hard work. Smartly done.’ suggests a wealth of digital products and services that make hard agricultural work easier. The digital products and services are quite complex and it is not easy for the farmer to decide what to use and for what benefit. We developed the EASY experiences to visualize the customer journeys that make up ‘Smartly done. Placed in such a way that it catches the eye of the trade show visitor, and with the support of CLAAS staff, it becomes the easy access to CLAAS’ digital offers and services.
Playfully combine analogue and digital elements for higher impact
The EASY experiences tell their stories using a combination of print walls and precise projection, unfolding small stories that always show a strong benefit with a twinkle in the eye. They stay close to common farming work challenges, showcasing ways how to get to the result faster and more efficient. CLAAS staff uses the stories as dialog starters, the first step to successful sales.
