The Next Stop at UITP 2025 – Activate, Engage, Transform
The Mobility Touchpoint of the Future – Defining User Journeys of Tomorrow
At UITP 2025, Luxoom was invited to reimagine what the mobility touchpoints of the future could be—and to bring that vision to life. The result: a fully interactive booth experience that served as both architectural concept and immersive event space. It wasn’t just seen—it was felt, shared, and remembered.
Designing for Reach, Not Just Visibility.
In a world saturated with passive displays and overstimulated audiences, “The Next Stop” was conceived not just to be seen, but to be shared, experienced, and remembered. Luxoom approached the booth not as a traditional exhibition stand, but as a catalyst for conversation—a space where ideas about the future of mobility could come to life through interaction, co-creation, and live engagement.
At UITP 2025, visibility was just the beginning. “The Next Stop” transformed a physical space into a dynamic touchpoint, bridging design, storytelling, and cutting-edge technology. Every design choice—layout, visual identity, interactive flow—was strategically crafted to maximize audience engagement and extend the experience far beyond the booth walls.
The result: organic reach through social sharing, widespread media coverage, and consistent on-site buzz. Attendees didn’t just walk by—they stopped, explored, participated, and shared. From transportation professionals to the general public, everyone became part of a real-time feedback loop—validating the potential of mobility experiences that inform, adapt, and evolve with users at the center.

Interacting in 26 Languages
A central feature: a multilingual AI avatar—developed by Hamburg’s Synergeticon—welcomed visitors in up to 26 languages, creating accessible, global dialogue. As users navigated the booth, they encountered smart prompts, story pathways, live polls, and real-time cloud screens that aggregated feedback—making every visitor part of a living user journey.

Experience as Storytelling
The booth became more than a display—it became a stage for immersive mobility storytelling, where each element played a role in shaping a compelling narrative about the future of public transport. Visitors weren’t just observers; they became part of a carefully choreographed experience designed to spark emotion, curiosity, and reflection.
Through guided tours, live press events, and curated storytelling moments, the space unfolded in layers—revealing not only design solutions but entire mobility scenarios of tomorrow. These moments invited visitors to imagine new forms of transit, new relationships with urban infrastructure, and new ways to move through the city.
Every detail—from the booth’s spatial flow to its motion graphics, from branded environments to real-time feedback touchpoints—was crafted to support a central narrative: that mobility isn’t just about systems, it’s about people. Emotionally engaging, functionally innovative, and visually memorable, the experience challenged assumptions and reframed the conversation about what public transport can—and should—feel like.
